When you come into Colorado, Traders of the Bighorn is conveniently located Southwest of Colorado Springs where people can visit Pikes Peak, the Gold Mining Town of Cripple Creek, Seven Falls, Garden of the Gods, the North Pole and many other attractions in the area.

Just 45 minutes South of Colorado Springs is where Traders of the Bighorn a Real Western Trade Co sits.

When in the area stop in, we are Open 7 Days a Week, and we are conveniently located just blocks from the Arkansas River, one block from the Royal Gorge Route Depot, that houses the passenger train that winds through the steep canyon along the Arkansas River just below the famous Royal Gorge Bridge which is located 1053 feet above the river. The bridge is the World's Highest Suspension Bridge.

Just to the North sits Buckskin Joes the famous Western Town where many John Wayne movies were filmed and produced along with other recent films of Western Heritage.

The famous Arkansas River which hosts over 400,000 rafters per year, is a must for any avid outdoorsman or person who seeks adventure. There are many legitiment rafting companies who are available for daily bookings either for half or full day raft trips.

There is plenty to do in the area and we hope that when you are here that you stop in and see us through your travels as we are located right on HWY 50 in the middle of all of the downtown activities, such as the Train Station, Prison Musuem, the Dinesour Musuem and the central shopping district of Cañon City.
