READY FOR SPRING?
It's hard to believe that Spring is already here. We just had a huge blizzard which dumped alot of needed moisture in our area.
The store has been holding it's own. We are definetely ready for Summer!! We have already started to get new merchandise in. We have a great selection of McCall Candles, 32 x 64 Rugs, and a great color selection in our 5x7 Blankets. Arriving soon will be our new Fleece Jackets in about 7 different styles and colors. We are open 7 days week, (719) 275-3205.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

COLORADO FALL IS JUST BEAUTIFUL!
The Aspen trees are now turning into those beautiful oranges, yellows and reds. They are just gorgeous!! This coming weekend will be just beautiful to take a trip up into those Colorado Mountains and get a look for yourself. An absolute beautiful time of year.
Well, Highpark Outfitters just got done with our Archery Hunters. They saw lots of Elk and had a good week for hunting. Little warm during the day but crisp at night. The hunters had an opportunity but were unsuccessful with their shots. We are now awaiting for our 1st Rifle season which begins in 1 1/2 weeks. Then it will be fast and furious. We are now booking for the 2009 Season for Deer, Elk, Bear, Antelope and Buffalo. Any questions please call Dan at (719) 269-7972 and please check out our website at www.highparkoutfitters.com

END OF SUMMER IS BEGINNING OF HUNTING SEASONS!
Well, Labor Day Weekend is here and where did the summer go. We are now done with all of our shows for the summer hopefully you were able to come by one of them and see us. It was sure hectic.
The store has been super busy and we have a huge selection of merchandise. Great selection of Navajo Kachina Dolls, Navajo Pottery and Sandpaintings. Indian design blankets and rugs with a huge selection to pick from. McCall Candles and lots more. Lots of Taxidermy, Elk heads, deer, antelope, Coyote in the log, Red Fox, Raccoons, Badgers and Porcupines. A little something for everybody. BOY IS IT HOT!!!
Hopefully, you are staying cooler than what we are, it has been in the mid 90's to 100 for the last month and no change in sight.
Well, we just got finished with the Cheyenne Frontier Days and we had a great show. It is nice to meet so many people. We will be in Mason City, Iowa next week for the National Trappers Convention, so if you are in the area we would love to see you. It will be held at the Fairgrounds.

SUMMER IS APPROACHING FAST!
Well, our Auction went off with a Bang! We had great weather and a big turn out. We sold over 900 lots and the sale went from 9:00 in the morning until 6:00 that night. Another big success thank goodness. It will be the same time next year the first Saturday after Memorial Weekend. Hopefully, if you did not make this years maybe next year.
